NFC – Revolutionary CLOUD Communication

A new era of  Mobile payments through digitization. The widespread adoption of smartphones, has increased the reliance on mobile data and the growing support for NFC –  "Near Field Communication". The ability to use location and payment information to provide value added services. NFC is a short range RFID technology that enables consumers to use their mobile as a wallet to make payments. NFC has improved the efficiency in risk alerting real-time & crisis management.

It connects the passenger or employee to report an incident at an ever-busy airport for issuing a boarding pass or upgrading the ticket, cancellation, status check, payment related issues & other scenarios.

Earlier, the employee or the passenger had to call, email the service desk agent to report an incident. Then, the service desk agent would ask the details, confirm the CUSS/CUPPS systems, it would route to the ground staff technical team that would connect, understand the issue from incident management and would resolve it accordingly which was time consuming but now with the new integrated system ‘NFC’ – reporting is much easier, that has enabled for all the CUPPS & CUSS related issues. It has reduced the reporting time from 4-5 minutes to 10-15 seconds. An instant reporting is reported within seconds. Integration with the existing incident management system gets resolved within minutes.

The new incident reporting process with NFC on Cloud is initiated with Wipro Technologies:

  • Staff/employee identifies the issue with CUSS/CUPPS
  • Employee/passenger scans the NFC tag on the CUSS/ CUPPS system using a NFC enabled smartphone
  • Information regarding the incident is sent to the Cloud system
  • An incident is created in the existing incident management system
  • A personalized notification is sent to the ground technical team on duty
  • The technical team resolves the issue

An average of 20 % of the incidents created are part of CUSS & CUPPS systems:

·         January – incident break-up: 19%
·         February – incident break-up: 20%
·         March - incident break-up: 8%

Digital monitoring & control of multiple parallel activities on aircraft are improved like ground staff, catering, fueling, baggage handling etc. Integration with immigration system & citizen identity management with government systems. NFC has been a great help to airport security with biometric based authentication to staff & passengers. NFC tag is capable of 10k readings which is more than 25 years of it is scanned every day at airports. Smartphones also make it possible to sign electronic documents with a digital signature. The entire transaction can take place electronically, without paper and printers.

The goal is to expand the options for mGov services, with industry-leading solutions for secure mobility that use NFC and other advanced technologies.

The keyless entry for everything - Future in your hands:

NFC is a, quick, simple, and proven secure. It is a trusted format for supporting mobile access to online government services. NFC provides a convenient way to securely store the mobile IDs, known as derived credentials, that make it safe to access online services.
  1. NFC has increased customer satisfaction can make payment transactions easy.
  2. Cuts down the downtime to wait in queue.
  3. Customers or users can also load coupons and promotions onto their smartphones for easy access during monetary transactions.
  4. Improved sales: Employees may also see a rise in sales. Workers can process transactions more quickly with NFC, enabling companies to increase daily profits.
  5. The NFC chip technology may also attract new customers who were unhappy with their experiences with other businesses and are looking for an alternative.
  6. Better employee communication.
  7. Companies that want to use NFC as a credit card processing alternative can benefit from reduced costs. Businesses will save money on paper since, merchants can email receipts to their customers.
  8. NFC can help companies to cut down on the number of necessary staff personnel. Customers will be able to move through lines and complete purchases with more efficiency, requiring fewer employees to process transactions.
  9. NFC technology may be the future of payment processing for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
  10. Encryption can help protect transferring data from being intercepted.

Sujalam Sufalam – Abhiyan 2018-2019

“SAVE WATER, SAFE LIFE”
There is drought everywhere. Farmers, labourers, Adivasi’s have no water to drink.

Day by day, the suicides of farmers are increasing & hence it has become a great challenge for their family members to survive. Though at some places the farmers do not commit suicide, their mental & financial conditions are getting worst day by day.
There's no work anywhere" said Maruti Konkani, a farmer from Nandurbar district in Maharashtra. Almost half of the Maharashtra state has been declared drought-hit with farmers from across the country & is seeking emergency help. The drought was declared in as many as 180 of the 350 tehsils in the state. The state reportedly received only 77% its average rainfall this year.
Distressed farmers came to Mumbai demanding drought declaration and seeking relief from the state. Public Works Department Minister Eknath Shinde said, "Government has declared relief measures for drought. Be it water, fodder for animals, water tankers, etc. everything will be provided."
Being a national NGO, “Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana (BJS) Sujalam Sufalam” has stepped into the nationwide footprint, working towards the benefit of all. It is a non-political, non-profit, NGO that coordinates with the local government agencies and volunteers for immediate relief support. It has kept aside the barriers of caste, community, religion, and political party.
BJS Sujalam Sufalam has participated in the various Disaster Response activities in all major disasters since 1993. BJS Sujalam Sufalam works for the social causes like rehabilitation of the children of suicidal farmer’s, drought relief and other disaster management.
BJS Sujalam Sufalam had earlier participated in the program contributed in 5 talukas making it drought free. Also, BJS Sujalam Sufalam has managed this program successfully in Beed, Latur & Usmanabad.
In the year 2017, with the help of Pani Foundation, BJS Sujalam Sufalam has made 400 villages from 30 districts of Maharashtra drought free. Then, BJS Sujalam Sufalam has realized the necessity of making Maharashtra drought free. Therefore, with the past experience BJS Sujalam Sufalam has taken up this challenge in association with the government in 2018, BJS Sujalam Sufalam has taken a revolutionary (CSR) approach towards the state Maharashtra Drought Free, starting with the district of ‘Buldhana’ with the aim of making the district drought free in a year.

The machines will be working for the ‘Water Cup’ competition of Paani Foundation from 22nd April till 22nd May, except three talukas in Buldhana. The competition brings villagers together to get trained in watershed management and perform voluntary manual labour or shramdaan to build watershed structures. This year, 4,000 villages from 75 talukas in Maharashtra took part in the competition. The Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Devendra Fadnavis, who strongly supported the movement and also performed Shramdaan, generously granted Rs. 1.5 lakh per village toward the diesel costs.

Including active participation from the Government of Maharashtra, District administration, various NGOs, Corporate funding agencies, Public representatives and villagers in this campaign. For this purpose, BJS Sujalam Sufalam is collaborating with organizations like Mission Samruddhi, Swadesh Foundation, Shantilal Muttha Foundation, Desh Apanaiye and a few others. CELEBRATE THE NEW-YEAR 2019, WELCOMING & GIFTING YOURSELF A PROPERTY IN PUNE

Pune is the second largest city in Maharashtra and the eight largest cities in India. It consists of two municipal corporations, Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. This city has an impeccable record of highest growth within a span of 20 years. It has always played an important role in India’s economic development. It is also famous for its rich cultural, and educational institutions. As IT industry is booming, the job opportunities are tremendously increasing for the new graduates and IT professionals. The automotive industry, being the most influential. IT and education are the other major sectors here.

Pune has a very cosmopolitan, young and urbane crowd. It is known as the Oxford of the East because of the presence of a number of educational institutes and colleges, due to its rapid growth rate, this metropolitan city is attracting various IT companies to set up their base and corporate offices here. Also, art lovers have a lot to explore by visiting places of their interest. Well-paying companies have increased the demand for affordable and luxury properties in Pune.

The growth of the real estate industry of Pune is not a temporary phenomenon. The city will remain in a growing phase in the coming years. Therefore, the main focus of property developers is on the improvement of its infrastructures such as the construction of new roads, broadening of existing roads, construction of flyovers and subways. So that they can reduce traffic jams and making the public transport more efficient. With these facilities, Pune will continue to grow and prosper shortly.

With the favourable price situation arising in the residential property market, genuine home buyers are investing in residential properties in Pune. Owning an apartment or land so that they can build a dream house is the dream of many of us. However, the rise in prices is inevitable, buyers with a need will buy the property. With the proliferation of the internet and the rise of property portals and websites of agents and builders, today’s digitally-savvy customers can short-list multiple properties in a short period of time, as per their requirements. The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) also makes it mandatory for projects to be registered with the state’s regulatory authority and for information pertaining to the project to be uploaded on the authority’s website.

Property buyers, hence, can cross-check and validate information from multiple sources online, before taking a call on-site visits or final purchase. Festival-centric campaigns conducted online, by real estate players, also ensure visibility to unique projects across India. Such initiatives assist the customers to stay abreast with the latest developments.

Rising population is increasing the demand for residential property in Pune. Right now, Pune is expanding, and barren areas are converted into townships and urban centres. Commercial and residential properties are attracting the attention of genuine buyers and investors. Foreign investment in real estate of Pune is also witnessed.

The decline in the real industry had brought affordability and availability of residential properties in areas that were previously out of reach for middle-class buyers but right now, Pune’s real estate market is buzzing with activities and the city is extending its borders to accommodate new residential, commercial & industrial areas.

The question arises where to buy property? So, there are five main markets for real estate purpose namely Central, South, North, West, and East Pune. Each of the zones filled with different facilities and specialities. It is wise to take overlook of each and every zone before buying any property in Pune real estate market. Nowadays, it is not wrong to say, Pune’s real estate market is the most promising realty market for investment. It is an excellent time to purchase properties in Pune. Even, there is no need to wonder if we call Pune as ‘The Queen of Deccan’ because the city is habitual to discover her rightful location at the last in the real estate durbar of India.

“Pune is not just about square feet, but wise indoor spaces”.

The areas that have the highest real estate values in the city are Deccan Gymkhana, Hinjewadi, Model Colony and Koregaon Park but some cannot afford such a high rate. Therefore, top builders in Pune are offering the best residential properties in new areas like the Camp, Shivaji Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Wakdewadi, FC Road, JM Road, and Nagar Road. These areas are economic as compared to the other areas of the city. That’s why the areas surrounding the prime areas of the city are driving the construction and infrastructure boom. Builders and property developers are trying to tap this opportunity and are trying to upgrade the transport link between the prime areas and the new areas. This will help them to improve the prospects of the property. For example, there is a new bridge, built between Koregaon Park and Kalyani Nagar, which has cut down the distance between these two places by about half an hour. So, the people who have their jobs in Koregaon Park can seek affordable residential properties, Kalyani Nagar.
