Stress is not just harmful for your mental -well being but for your physical health too.

Starving or Crash Dieting will make one weak and sick therefore, eat healthy but exercise regularly 
No single fruit or vegetable can aid weight loss around your belly.It is a combination of various factors that influence both weight gain and weight loss, make a smart lifestyle. Go out for morning and evening walks, join yoga class and meditate.

Drink plenty of water, Every morning, when you wake up have a glass of hot water adding half teaspoon honey and squeeze lemon; rich in citric acid ,vitamin C helps to keep your digestive system healthy. It also helps in weight loss and boosts stamina during extensive workout regimes.
Green tea also helps dissolving triglycerides(a type of fat found in blood) .
